His primary responsibility was implementing human resource solutions to help with hiring, training and exit interviews. William also sold tools that help clients reduce turnover, increase sales and reduce theft within the company. Some of the clients William secured were Rite-Aid, USF logistics, Pennsylvania Transit Authority and the Cleveland Indians.

William has lived in the Dane county area and has been here for over 30 years. William enjoys to golf and has competed in United States Volleyball Association tournaments. He also enjoys working out and healthy eating to stay in shape. William is an avid Badger fan and supports the local UW athletes by attending their games.
